Hose is dimensionally inspected and pressure tested batch by batch. Measured results from our July 2023 inspection reports (available on request):
- Burst pressure: actual measured 35 MPa (SAE J2064 requires min. 13.7 MPa)
- Proof test: 7.0 MPa hold — no leakage or abnormality
- Length change at 3.0 MPa: within +2% to −4% (measured 0% / −0.33%)
- Wall-thickness eccentricity: measured 0.15–0.33 mm (limit max. 0.4 mm)
